युवती एंपॉवर द इनर यू की शुरुआत  वर्ष 2019 में मेघा मल्ल और समाज के कुछ जागरूक युवाओं द्वारा हुई । युवती संस्था अपनी शुरुआत बस्ती एवम सड़क किनारे जा कर बच्चो को पढ़ने से की थी आज लोगो  के सहयोग से युवती संस्थान ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर में स्थित अपना संस्थान चलाती है जहां बच्चो को निस्वार्थ हो कर पढ़ाया जाता है। संस्था के सदस्य बस्तियों में जाकर बच्चों के माता-पिता को शिक्षा की महत्वपूर्णता से अवगत कराते है एवं बच्चों को शिक्षा ग्रहण करने के लिए जागरूक करते है।
 शिक्षा-संस्थान ऐसे बच्चो को पढ़ाती है जो आर्थिक रूप से या किसी अन्य प्रकार के परिशानियो से आशक्त होकर शिक्षा से बंचित थे। संस्थान महिला सशक्तिकरण, स्वास्थ जागरुकता, मध्याह्न भोजन योजना पे भी काम करती है। 
महिला सशक्तिकरण-जहां महिलाओं को सिलाई , हस्तशिल्प जैसे  काम को सिखाया जाता है जिस से की उन्हें रोजगार एवम् आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाया जा सके।
स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता- सवास्थ के लिए लोगो को सरकारी विद्यालयों, बस्तियों एवम् घरों में जा कर जागरूक भी करती है जैसे कि महावारी के समय होने वाली परेशानी , महिलाएं शर्म से या अज्ञानतावश नहीं बता पाती है और कई प्रकार के गंभीर बीमारियों के चपेट में आ जाती है । आंखो से संबंधित परेशानी पे लोग कम ध्यान देते है जिस से आगे चल कर उनकी आंखो की रोशनी जा सकती है ऐसे कई प्रकार के स्वास्थ संबंधित क्षेत्र में लोगों को जागरूक करना युवती संस्थान का काम है जिस से लोगों को कई प्रकार के घंभिर बीमारियों के चपेट में आने से बचाया जा सके।
 संस्थान ने मध्याह्न भोजन भी बच्चो को देना आरंभ किया है जिससे की बच्चे  सवस्थ भोजन कर सके और उनका स्वास्थ्य अच्छा रहे, स्वस्थ भोजन ही स्वस्थ स्वास्थ का आधार है ऐसा युवती संस्थान का कहना है।
युवती एंपावर द इन्नर यु के बच्चो के आंखो का उपचार किया गया । 15-02-2020  के कैंप से आँखों के डॉक्टरों द्वारा बच्चो को चयनित किया गया एवम् उन्हें हॉस्पिटल में उपचार के लिए ले जाया गया। वैसे बच्चे शामिल थे जिनका जन्म के समय से, सही समय पर देखरेख एवम् सही उपचार ना मिल पाने की वजह से या सही प्रकार से खान पान ना मिलने की वजह से आंखो में कई प्रकार की कमी आई, जैसे:- दिखाई कम देना, प्रकाश की असहनीयता, आंखो से पानी आना, एक आंख में धुंधली छबी जैसी कई बीमारियों के लछन बच्चो में मिले जिसका उपचार के ऑप्टोमेट्री विभाग द्वारा किया गया। 

 So far #YUVATI *EMPOWERING THE INNER YOU* was dabbling in the field of menstrual hygiene and sanitation. But we realised that we can do more and we need to do more to bridge the gap between the rich and poor and help out the financially weaker section.

Thus YUVATI has started its new project #vidhalaya  and we have decided to give #children living in #slums regular classes in basic subjects- because #education is among their fundamental rights. Most of them are children of labourers, vegetable sellers and chaiwalas, who cannot afford their education or give them time.

But all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy so we have more surprises in store!! We will also arrange fun extra curricular activities for them so that they find a constructive way to spend time!

These words by the first lady of the United States rings absolutely true. Fathers who stay at home are applauded but mothers who do the same are taken for granted. Fathers who work are called breadwinners but when mothers work they are shamed for leaving their children. Our country has forever been unkind and ruthless to women. The rape and molestation cases in the country are sky- rocketing and the government isn’t doing enough to help them. Most women in rural India use rags during their period and very few people are bothered by the dangers it poses! We at Yuvati have decided to extend our support to the creators and caregivers of the world- they deserve all our love, support and admiration because we would not be here if not for them! 
We had been scouring rural areas and slums for a couple of years to discuss menstruation and menstrual hygiene. We had found out that the menstrual hygiene among the below poverty line people was pathetic and we thought it was important to raise awareness and let them know they could contract fatal infections from the dirty and unhygienic lives the led, especially during their period!
But a certain incident shocked us out of our senses. During a seminar in a slum area, we were discussing the importance and utility of sanitary pads when we were informed that a few women in the area didn’t even use rags or cloths- they simply change their salwar every time they bleed. Can you imagine the plight of these women?
It is then that we decided that just seminars won’t solve the problem- we need an organization that these women can run to when in need. An organization that will teach them about the taboo “menstruation”, an organization that will supply them with pads when needed and an organization which will hear them out when they desperately need  someone to listen to their plight. It is important that the privileged class join hands to support those who need it and provide them with basic amenities we take for granted!

Ngo के बच्चे और सदस्यों द्वारा  बनाया गया आर्गेनिक किचन गार्डन। ngo में बच्चो को पढ़ाई के साथ साथ खेल कूद और अन्य क्रियाकलापों से विभिन्न प्रकार की कार्य सिखाएं जाते है। आर्गेनिक किचन गार्डन से बच्चे सीखे की किस प्रकार आर्गेनिक भोजन उनके स्वस्थ के लिए लाभकारी है और इसमे मौजूद न्यूट्रिशन उनके लिए कितने फायदे मंद है  । इस क्रियाकलाप से बच्चे सीखेंगे की किस प्रकार से बाजार  किन किन चक्र से होकर हम तक हरि सब्जिया पहुचता है।
  हमने बच्चों के अभिभावकों से मिल के उन्हें वही  घरों में जाकर पढ़ाने की बात की ओर इस बात का स्वागत बच्चो के माता पिता ने किया और युवती के  मेंबर वहीं जाकर अब बच्चो को पढ़ा रहे है। हमारी कोशिश ये है कि यहां रहने वाले कुछ  बच्चें जो अभी भी स्कूल नही जा पा रहे है  उन्हें स्कूल में दाखिला कराये और अलग अलग प्रकार की  क्रियाकलापों से  स्वास्थ्य तन मन का विकास हो सके।
