Religious Profession of Rev Brother Joseph Christopher Carroll at St. Joseph's Academy, celebrated with fervour and gaiety!!!
On 10th of December 2022 the Diamond Jubilee of the Religious Profession of Bro. Joseph Christopher Carroll at St. Joseph's Academy, Dehradun was celebrated with fervour and gaiety. The Thanksgiving Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by Rev. Father John Chiman, Parish Priest of St. Joseph's Cathedral, Meerut along with a other priests. The Mass was celebrated with local religious and Patricians from the north Indian communities and elsewhere.
After the Mass, we the staff of St. Joseph's Academy, Dehradun and St. George's College, Mussoorie, Dr. Sanjeev Kukreti, Dr. Deepak Arora and Mrs. Silvia Arora of Ann Mary School, CA Jaideep Datta his better half Rachna Datta, Affiliate member, members of the Alumni Association of St. Joseph's Academy represented by their President Praveen Chandhok alongside past president Randhir Arora and close friends of Bro. Carroll joined for a well-planned and executed entertainment and felicitation programme in the school auditorium.
Rev Brother Jeyaseelan welcomed the guests and the students of St. Joseph's Academy put up three very colourful and gracious dances. A power-point presentation of photographs that captured the various stages and places of ministry where RELIGIOUS LIFE Bro. Carroll lived and laboured was shown along with a video presentation that carried congratulatory messages from his family and friends and Brothers in Ireland and Australia.
Brother Jerome Ellens, Province Leader of India and Ghana delivered masterly eloquent message of appreciation that was followed by the presentation of mementoes. Bro. Carroll responded to all the greetings and messages of congratulations before cutting the Jubilee cake.
After the felicitation programme a scrumptious lunch was served to all in the beautifully laid out and decorated canopy on the school grounds. There were about four hundred guests in all.
